Refunds
We hope that you love your Kassie. We are sorry to say but we do not accept any refunds.
We will gladly exchange if you find damage to a product on arrival. We can offer you a shop credit which can be used on any full-priced item.
Exchanges will only be allowed if a product is returned in its original packaging, hasn’t been damaged or worn and all tags are still intact. An Exchange needs to be requested within 10 days of purchase.
All courier costs regarding the return will be charged for your own account. Sale, end of season or sample items will not be exchanged.
Delivery
Your Kassie will be delivered within in the Gauteng region within two weeks after we have received your payment. We do offer delivery out side of Gauteng. Should we have stock available delivery will take place in 3 business days. We process orders once a week as we received our MDF boards on Fridays. Allow 7 working days for assembling and deliver.
Assemble
Your Kassie will be delivered assembled. You will only be required to attached the adorable pine cone legs. Please calm down! this is not rocket science - Once your removed your Kassie from our beautiful and safe shipping box, you will find the instruction to complete your Kassie.
Kassie Co. is an online store only, shipping all over South Africa. At this stage we don't have a physical store or showroom yet. However viewings of our products are available to view on request.
